Notebook Packets On Sale
Scholarship Notebook Packets are available for purchase from October 1-31, 2024. Notebook packets are $25 each.
*Students who qualify for free/reduced lunch qualify for a complimentary packet and can request their notebook packet from their school counselor.
Scholarship Notebook Packet Distribution
Students can pick up their Notebook Packets on Thursday, November 7th during lunch or from 2-5 in the commons at GHHS.
Scholarship Notebook Tutorial & Workshops
Join us for a Tutorial on how to complete your duplicate notebooks as well as tips to help you get noticed! This optional but extremely valuable tutorial will be Thursday, November 21 at 7:00 in the GHHS Library. (Parents are welcome to join their students)
Additionally, we will hold 3 Notebook Workshops during lunch on the following dates in the Counseling/Career Center at GHHS:
Wednesday, December 11th from 11:15-12:30
Wednesday, January 8th from 11:15-12:30
Tuesday, January 14th from 10:30-12:00
Scholarship Notebook Submission
The first of two opportunities to turn in your identical notebooks.
This is an open turn-in time in the GHHS Library.
Students are welcome to have their notebooks previewed and receive feedback prior to submission on Thursday.
A second opportunity to turn in notebooks is Thursday, January 23rd from 7:00 am-3:00 pm in the GHHS Counseling Center
Scholarship Notebook Submission
This is the second of two opportunities to turn your two identical scholarship notebooks.
From 7:00 am-3:00 pm in the GHHS Counseling Center
This submission day is by appointment only. Students will receive an email from studentcoord@ghtsf.net with available appointment times that they will need to sign up for.
Notebooks will NOT be accepted after 3:00 pm on January 23rd. No exceptions.
Scholarship Award Notification
Students who are receiving awards will be notified by phone May 7-9, 2025.
Scholarship Award Ceremony
This year’s award ceremony will be held on Tuesday, May 20th at 6:30 pm.
This event is by invitation only and attendance by recipients is required.

Notebook Q&A Session
If you would like help or get some tips on completing your notebook, plan on attending our Q&A session on November 15, 2023 at 7:00 PM in the Library. This is a highly valuable session as it is led by former selection committee members who know what donors are looking for in notebook applications.
Claim Card and Thank You Note Submission
Students who received a scholarship at the Award Ceremony must submit their claim card and thank you notes to each of their donors on TBD
